By using ColorCanvas, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

• You are responsible for your account security
• One person per account (no sharing)
• We may suspend accounts for violations

4. User Content

4.1 Uploads

• You retain copyright to your uploads and works
• You grant us a license to display your works (if shared to gallery)
• You warrant that you have rights to upload any image

4.2 Prohibited Content

• Copyright-infringing material
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that violates others' rights

4.3 Q-Version Artworks

• Our Q-version paintings are original derivative works
• They are inspired by public domain artworks but are original creations
• You may not redistribute our line art without permission

5. Subscriptions

• Free tier: Limited features as described
• Pro tier: Billed monthly or annually
• Lifetime: One-time payment
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes: 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect damages
• Maximum liability: amount paid in last 12 months

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account anytime.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
